The experience fee secures your private date and covers everything included in your experience day. It is payable within 48 hours of booking, non-refundable and non-transferable, because your date is held for you alone. For the Soulmates experience, the £250 fee covers both partners.

Payment plans are available as a convenience, not a compromise. They exist so that the timing of your finances does not stand between you and artwork you genuinely love.
A payment plan is not a reason to choose a smaller collection. It is a way to have exactly what you want, spread across 0% interest monthly instalments for up to 12 months. Your collection is held securely and delivered in full once the final payment is made.

How much does my collection cost?
The studio experience fee is £250, which covers your full experience day. Collections range from £500 to £4,500. Wall art collections range from £2,500 to £4,500 depending on the size of the collection. The Ultimate Collection is £2,000 for fifteen hand-matted fine art prints in your Treasure Box. The Brilliance Collection is £1,600 for six hand-matted fine art prints in a presentation box. Additional images are £100 each. A single Statement Piece is £900, and a single hand-matted fine art print is £500. You choose your collection at your private design consultation, once you have seen your images.
Do I have to buy anything after my experience?
There is no minimum purchase. You choose only the images you genuinely cannot live without. However, almost every woman who walks into the design consultation walks out with a collection. Because once you see yourself the way Ashley sees you, it becomes very difficult to leave without it.
Can I spread the investment?
Payment plans spread your collection investment across 0% interest monthly instalments for up to 12 months, with a minimum instalment of £200 per month. They are available as a convenience. We never want timing to stand between you and artwork you love. Plans are arranged quietly and without fuss at your design consultation.
When is the experience fee due?
The £250 studio experience fee is due within 48 hours of booking to confirm your date. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your date is held for you alone from the moment it is paid.
Can I claim this through my business?
If you are a VAT-registered business owner, the experience and your collection may be invoiced to your business as a professional photography expense. We provide a full VAT invoice on request. Always confirm with your own accountant, as eligibility depends on your individual circumstances.
When will I receive my collection?
Print products are delivered within eight weeks of your design consultation order. An expedited option is available for an additional £75.
